Miller`s Bar-B-Q in Corpus Christi

Asked for marvel meat got lean dry meat. Sausage was awesome. Bread was fresh and hot. Green beans were full of flavors. I didn't need to add salt or black pepper. And dessert ice cream was cold and creamy.

Just because you are a barbeque place doesn't mean everything has to have meat in it. I really wish you would offer a salad at the very least.

Try the SPICY SAUCE, they keep it in the back. IT'S AMAZING

This is one of my favorite Bar-B-Q restaurants in all of Corpus Christi. They've been a staple of the community for as long as I've been alive. It's kind of a cafeteria set up. There's a line of food and you get your tray and move down the line. You can get food by the pound, or order one of their many plates, they even have stuffed baked potatoes. Their cobbler is also amazing, AND they have free soft serve ice cream. If you're in the mood for good Bar-B-Q then Miller's won't disappoint you.

Great sandwich plate of sliced beef.

My family tried the ribs, chicken and turkey. Very juicy and the flavors were excellent. I had a tiny bit of sauce but the meats didn't need it. The original sauce was sweet and salty, and thin. Prices were reasonable. PS. There's free soft serve 😀

The brisket was too dry today and so was the potato salad the mustard one but usually it's great food

My daughter loves to eat here. The service is okay. Mostly high school kids. Free ice cream. Clean but overpriced for the quality of food.

The portions were small but was nice and clean plus free ice cream cones was a nice bonus.

The Food and Service are and A plus , Employees always greet me with a smile. Love it here.

Have eaten here many times over the years and still go here. I Like the boneless chicken breast. Great green beans and other sides. Awesome tea and free ice cream to top it off. Brisket is on the dry side but other than that it’s a awesome place to eat. The new sitting area is a good place to sit if you want to sit out of the crowd noise. Good place for a quick sandwich to!

The Bar B Que sauce which I really liked was awful last week. I mentioned to the lady that the texture and taste was really different but she ignored me. The ribs were very bland. I was really disappointed as I always like eating there 3 or more times a month.

Some REAL good Barbecue and the guys and gals the help bring the food to my car were awesome! The chicken and brisket were on the money and the cobbler made everyone want to take a nap afterwards.

Eat here at Tuloso Midway location and always enjoy the bbq, sides and complimentary ice cream for dessert! Great place to eat!

Good turkey and German potatoe salad. The customer service is lacking as in everyone working always seems mad. The 🍦 is good and complimentary.

The BBQ was good, but pricey. They have been around a long time. I'm 55, and I know I used to get their poorboy sandwich when I was 16. The sandwich was bigger back then and less expensive, but the taste has always been great.

Clean. Very efficient &friendly staff. Love their chopped beef sandwich. The amount of beef on my sandwich would probably make 2 sandwiches elsewhere. Very good black Eyed peas. Actually around here not many places serve black Eyed peas. And they have free self service soft serve ice cream. How can u not love that?

Dry chicken and just about everything else hat was meat was dry as well. No wonder they kept asking me if I wanted bbq sauce. The Corpus Christi natives loves it here, but I can understand that cause they’ve never had “REAL BBQ” I just wish they had something like a Franklins bbq or Blacks. Beginning to think all bbq in Corpus is the same.. 😒

Dry flavorless brisket and beans. Potatoes salad was good sausage no big deal.

We always enjoy a great meal when we eat at Miller's.
